Property Details
A fabulous detached holiday villa set in the picturesque village of Obrochiste. The villa is in a quiet location just off the village center.
The famous Albena seaside resort is only 3km away.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8. From the front terrace doorway there is a reception hall leading to a TV lounge. Across the reception hall there is a large open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine. There is a door from the kitchen/diner straight onto the front terrace.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms that include 1 large master bedroom with king-size bed, x2 twin bedrooms with x2 single beds and a third twin room with x2 bunk beds. There is also a Cot available in the master bedroom. The balconies have wondeful surrounding views.
Each floor has a shower room with WC.
The garden is nice and private as it has a 2 metre high wall surrounding the whole of the property and double gates which access parking for three cars.Area Description
Obrochiste is an established village with a very friendly community and renouned for it's beauty.
There are three general stores a fresh fruit and veg shop and a pharmacy, there are also restaurants and small local bars. There are often market stalls in the village selling a range of goods.
Food and wine is good quality and inexpensive whether you decide to eat in or out. There is a scenic lake some 200 metres behind our villa where the locals are sometimes seen fishing. The village area is perfect for walks or mountain biking.
As well as being very close to Albena you will be near to the other famous resorts of Golden Sands, St Konstantine, Balchik town & and only 30 minutes from Varna, the sea capital of Bulgaria. For further details of the surrounding area click onto the links further down this page.
Albena…you name it and Albena will almost certainly have it!
although not the biggest, It is likely the most favoured resort in Bulgaria. Albena is located in a picturesque and ecologically clean gulf famous for its flower gardens and only five minute drive from our villa. The beach is said to be one of the best in Europe with its clean fine white sands and wonderful sea Albena is a Blue Flag winning resort. You can peruse the open market stalls where you will see talented art and craftsmanship at work selling their wares at moderate prices. You can experience Bulgarian Cuisine at its best with a choice of many good restaurants. Many of the Taverns and restaurants provide entertainment.
The resort provides Activities for children of all ages in a safe environment.
Where ever you go in Albena there is something for every one.
5km North You will be able to experience the restaurants along the old port of Balchik town favoured for it’s fresh sea food cuisine, as well as the beach you can also visit the Botanical Gardens and Water Park.
3km in the other direction is the busy resort village of Kranevo. 8km further on is the magnificent resort of Zlatni Pyasatsti 'Golden Sands'.... 7km drive brings you to St Konstantine where you will find a string of shops and a small sandy beach. I recommend restaurant ‘Kopi Toto’(The horse shoe)
A further 5km drive on along the panoramic coastal road you will arrive in the city of Varna, there you will experience the feeling of a cosmopolitan café culture with a range of designer shops at your fingertip with goods at bargain prices. You will see the beautiful historic buildings as you walk through the wide open traffic free plaza toward the sea garden.
