Property Details
Traditional villa in Varna, Bulgaria. On the shore of Varna bay, with jetty (pier), and boat. The bay is large, spanning many miles upstream, and combines with the Black sea at the other end. Fishing rods supplied. Ideal for fishing, boating, windsurfing, and watersports. Beaches are just a 10 minute drive away.
The villa has a lot of character, and is comfortable and homely. It has apricot, hazelnut, apple, cherry, fig, and plum trees, and an outdoor "summer kitchen", with barbeque. Magnificent views of the bay.
The lower floor of the villa is for the staff, and has not been re-decorated yet. Although this is a self catering villa, there is a part-time maid provided if required, to help with light cleaning. Also usually there is someone who can help with boats etc. (No extra cost for staff).
The upper floor of the villa has three double bedrooms, (king-size double beds), living room, bathroom, hall used as a kitchen, balcony, and external access. Normally sleeps 6.
Linen is provided, and microwave, fridge freezer, cooker. Small towles are provided, and there is no air-conditioning, central heating, TV, telephone, or dish washer. The washing machine is downstairs as the maid can deal with any washing of clothes and cleaning, unless you wish to use the machine yourself.
Housekeeping and linen services are included. Frequency of housekeeping services can be arranged to suit guests' schedule and needs for privacy.
We can arrange to meet you at Varna Airport or Varna Train Station. We will email you written directions with a map to the property, shortly before your departure.
Children welcomed. Please be considerate when smoking, providing adequate ventilation in rooms containing soft materials.

Very friendly locals and fishermen are in this area, it is unspoilt and undeveloped. There are absolutely no tourists, or tourist facilities, which all are in the other side of the town. In this area, the donkey and cart are still in use.
There are three small shops within 10 minutes walk. The beach is a 10 minute drive, and so is Varna town centre. There are buses to the centre and to beaches in Varna and up the coast. The villa is in a green protected area (containing reeds and trees).Transport
A car would be useful
Bus stop 10mins away. Taxi to city, usually lower than 2 USD.
